Hey everyone!
I hope you all got a Wonderful New Year entry. I did!
So this drawing was supose to be finish last September (yeah, ages ago xD).
But I couldn't find time and inspiration do it so I let it unfinished until like a week ago - you can see the wip below:
I stopped working on it because I didn't like the way I was drawing the bonnet and even today I don't like it very much!
Note to self: WORK HARD ON BONNETS!
I love the face and the fur coat! I still can't believe I drew that. If you guys could see the original, like for real, you would see it looks like a photo!
Now about the
materials. I used new colour pencils - very good ones and very espensive too - Farber Castel Polycromos.
FInally I stop using those Giotto pencils! grrr :S

*EDIT: Uploaded because in the pc screen the background seam to be really green but in the actually drawing it isn't. So (and I admit it) I blue it up on gimp! But I'm not showing you nothing that isn't on paper!
*EDIT (again): If you see any weird line on the drawing (like invisible line) that's because this is A3 size drawing and my scan is only A4. I had to double scan it!

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactFrom the way I viewed it. I'm gonna say that this is the most impressive piece of art I have ever seen. I really loved everything from the theme to the atmosphere. It both really and literally captures the mood of everything about winter. The facial expression is very impressive and it stays with the mood of the atmosphere. What you said about the bonnet; I want you to know that the bonnet is pretty good. Although you reminded yourself to work hard on bonnets, I got to say that whatever you draw is just fine. I'm not gonna lie. What can I say but The Cold Whisper is the most impressive work of art I have ever seen.
